GUIDELINES FOR GUESTS
- Check-In time is at 2pm and Check-Out time is at 12pm the next day. The venue must be vacated on time punctually. A copy of your Aadhar Card is to be presented at the time of Check-In.
- The entire property is a non-smoking premises. However, there are few designated areas in the open where the guests can smoke. No smoking is permitted in-doors or around the swimming pool.
- We will not allow Paan or Gutka to be served or chewed anywhere on the premises. Nest in Fields is strictly a “No Paan & No Gutka” property.
- In accordance with Supreme Court orders, we do not allow Hookah anywhere on the premises. Any guest caught or detected with contraband substances will be asked to leave the property immediately. Any guest engaging in illegal or immoral activity shall be asked to leave the property immediately. No gambling is permitted at the venue.
- Without prior Intimation Strictly No Pets allowed.
- The venue includes 3 Bed Room, a Hall, a Dining Room, a Swimming Pool, a Covered Deck. Bed Linen will be provided for the same.
- Parking should be in the designated area only.
- No damage can be caused to the property. The guest will be responsible and liable for the protection of the property in the case of outside props or equipment brought in by them or their affiliates. Any damage to property, due to disregard of policy in this matter, will be charged to the guest.
- During Events:
Guests staying Overnight: Will have to bring their own cutlery, plates and drinking water for their consumption. Guests who are not ordering food from us are requested to make their own arrangements including Drinking water during lunch and dinner times. - It is the responsibility of the guests to keep the swimming pool clean at all times. No cooking will be allowed around the swimming pool. No decoration will be allowed around the swimming pool. Guests are requested to perform their ceremonies in the Open Area only.
- Diving into the pool is strictly prohibited.
- Guests are requested not to move the furniture without prior permission from the management. The furniture, electric and electronic equipments to be promptly returned to the management before Check-Out.
- During Events & Overnight Stay: All statutory Licenses/Permissions for the Event are to be procured by the guest or the concerned Event Manager. If the guest has not obtained required permissions, the effected penalties shall be borne by the guest.
In case of a liquor party, the guest must procure a Liquor License from the concerned Excise Dept.
No music sets or DJ sets will be permitted. Music will have to be played at reasonable levels at all times. - Nest in Fields will not be liable for any theft, loss or damage to the guest’s belongings including guest’s vehicles during their stay.
- All extra lighting for the stage, mandap, mirchi lights, lawn areas and any other lighting in the venue shall be the guest’s responsibility. Guests will have to bring their own power source.
- No generator is provided by the management as a source of power for the guest’s stage, extra lighting etc. Guests are requested to make their own arrangements for their power requirements. Decorators, Event Managers & Photographers have to get their own power sources.
No stage or platform is available at the venue. Either the guest or their Event Manager shall procure the same. - During Events: Covered space for cooking shall be provided in a designated area. The concerned caterer has to cook only in the designated area. No cooking equipment or utensils are available on site.
Guests staying Overnight: Guests can order food from Nest in Fields or order from available local restaurants. Only a fridge & microwave are available on site. No other kitchen equipment or utensils are available on-site. - In case of a Baraat the guests shall obtain a police permit for Fire Crackers. The Baarat procession shall stop at the main gate. No Fire Crackers allowed inside the venue. No combustible items can be stored at the venue.
- Advances made are not refundable if the Event or Overnight Stay is being cancelled or postponed. Bookings once made cannot be postponed due to any reason. Any advances paid will not be refunded or adjusted.
